Event Information
The Kayak Fishing Derby has been taking place annually at Moutcha Bay Resort in Nootka Sound since 2004. This family-friendly event is designed to raise funds for salmon enhancement and habitat restoration projects within the Nootka Sound watershed.
In 2023, the two-day tournament will take place on August 31 – September 1.
