Important Notice

All anglers must have a licence to fish the tidal or fresh waters in British Columbia, and must carry their licence at all times when on the water. We ask our guests to purchase their licences before arrival to our resorts in order to avoid any possible delays.


How to purchase your Tidal Waters Sport Fishing Licence

A Tidal Waters Sport Fishing licence is required for any angler intending to fish on the ocean (saltwater). A salmon conservation stamp must be affixed to licences held by anglers wishing to retain any species of Pacific salmon. The stamp is annual. The federal government have implemented an electronic licensing system which is available 24/7. Your Tidal Waters Sport Fishing licence may be purchased easily and directly through the Government of Canada website, or through vendors who sell licenses.

How to purchase your Freshwater Fishing Licence

The provincial government has implemented an electronic licensing system which is available 24/7 on the Government of British Columbia website.

You may also purchase your licence through Service BC or other vendors who sell licences.
